Added SSL support for login & register pages

We provide now more secure services to our users, a new SSL certificate is used to ensure your sensitive data is sent over HTTPS (secure connection) to our servers. Direct pages: https://www.whtop.com/login and https://www.whtop.com/register
The most important reason why we use SSL is to keep your sensitive information sent across the Internet encrypted. Any computer in between you and our servers could see your usernames and passwords, and other sensitive information if it is not encrypted with an SSL certificate. Since using SSL certificate from now, the information becomes unreadable to others except for the server you are sending the information to. This protects you from hackers and identity thieves.
